Office ManagerToledo, OH (100% on-site)$55-70k Position OverviewWe are working with a growing wholesale distribution company based in Toledo, OH that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice OperationsManage day-to-day office activities and workflow Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate office maintenance and service providers Organize and maintain company files, records, and documentation Administrative SupportProvide support to leadership and team members as needed Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications Staff CoordinationSupport onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, materials, etc.) Maintain employee records and assist with basic HR coordination Help enforce company policies and procedures Vendor & Purchasing ManagementManage relationships with vendors and service providers Process and track office-related purchases and expenses Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective purchasing Process ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements to office procedures Help streamline administrative workflows and communication Qualifications3+ years of office management or administrative experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in a small business environment preferred Ability to work independently and take initiative
