This role combines a hunter mentality, focused on opening new doors and generating leads, with strong relationship management to ensure long-term customer partnerships.Success in this position requires a strategic, driven, and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on the challenge of creating opportunities through outreach, networking, and consultative selling. The individual will engage with franchisees, ownership groups, and corporate stakeholders to win projects for new builds, site rebrands, and ongoing service programs. Collaboration with internal Program Managers ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Hospitality and/or Signage Industry Experience Highly PreferredJob DutiesSales & Business DevelopmentProspect and “hunt” for new opportunities within assigned territory through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans targeting franchise groups, ownership organizations, and new brand programs.Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities for new builds and site rebrands.Identify and expand growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.Maintain full accountability for total revenue generation and sales pipeline performance.Track and report on activity, pipeline, and results using CRM tools such as Salesforce.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with franchisees, ownership groups, and management teams.Conduct property site visits and attend meetings at customer headquarters or in the field.Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.Industry EngagementRepresent the company at industry trade shows and events, as an attendee or exhibitor.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.Internal CollaborationPartner with Program Managers to ensure customer expectations are met.Participate in teleconferences and contribute to customer reporting and account reviews.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred.3+ years of sales or business development experience required; strong preference for candidates with hospitality industry experience.Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new accounts.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proposal and presentation development.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, competitiveness, and customer focus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce is a plus.Travel RequirementsThis position is required to travel up to 25% as an essential function of this role due to the need for in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation.
