Systems Analyst 3

Position: Systems Analyst 3 Location: Austin, Texas 78751 Duration: 3 Months plus Job Summary Assess, analyze, and document clinical workflows across various healthcare settings. Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications for EHR data extraction, reporting, and analytics. Design, develop, test, and maintain Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts within Cerner Millennium environments. Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from Cerner Millennium Oracle schemas. Support enterprise-wide EHR data migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement efforts. Develop and maintain structured data feeds, flat file extracts, and ETL processes. Troubleshoot and resolve CCL performance issues and downstream data/reporting challenges. Liaise between clinical informatics stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of clinical workflows. Clearly communicate technical details, data limitations, and system dependencies to non-technical audiences. Execute and tune CCL scripts, manage batch jobs, and support both production and non-production environments. Collaborate closely with clinical, governance, and technical delivery teams to support EHR modernization initiatives. Ensure all work aligns with HHSC direction, policies, and standards.
