In-House Property Adjuster

Company OverviewMillard Roofing is seeking an experienced In-House Property Adjuster to join our team in Omaha. We specialize in taking assignments of claims and completing high-quality roofing and property restoration work. This is not a sales role — you will focus on insurance claims advocacy, attending on-site property inspections, preparing detailed estimates, and working to ensure our customers receive fair and complete coverage.In this role, you will:Attend on-site insurance claim property inspectionsPrepare detailed, accurate estimates using industry-standard softwareNegotiate with insurance adjusters to achieve positive outcomesCollaborate closely with our legal department as neededKey Perks of This Position:Minimal travel — This role requires no overnight travel 99% of the time. All work is local to the Omaha metro and surrounding areas.Work directly from our office and job sites in the Omaha areaBe part of a stable, growing local roofing company instead of an insurance carrier or IA firmWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience as a property adjuster, field estimator, or claims specialist (roofing knowledge is a strong plus)Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and coverage issuesProficiency with Xactimate (preferred)Excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently while coordinating with our legal team
