Junior Desk Adjuster

Premier Claims is a public adjusting firm that advocates for property owners throughout the insurance claims process. We help our clients navigate complex claims, maximize their settlements, and ensure nothing gets overlooked.We’re growing and looking for a Junior Desk Adjuster to join our team — someone who is organized, persistent, and ready to help move claims forward from start to finish.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll support our Desk Adjusters and play a key part in keeping claims moving and on track.Day-to-day looks like:Reviewing claim documentation, estimates, photos, and reportsIdentifying missing damage, gaps in scope, or incomplete informationFollowing up with insurance carriers to keep claims progressingSupporting negotiations related to scope, pricing, and coverageKeeping claim files organized and up to date in our systemsHelping prevent delays and pushing claims toward resolutionYou’ll be hands-on in the process — not just observing, but actively helping drive claims forward.What We’re Looking ForSome form of Claim experience is a must in this role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and doesn’t let things fall through the cracks.You might be a great fit if you:Are highly organized and detail-orientedCan manage multiple tasks or claims at onceCommunicate clearly and aren’t afraid to follow up (persistently)Can spot missing information or inconsistenciesThink critically and connect the dots between damage, coverage, and estimatesExperience That Helps (but not required for all):Background in insurance, roofing, construction, or restorationExperience reviewing estimates or property damageFamiliarity with Xactimate, Salesforce, or similar systemsPublic Adjuster license (or willingness to obtain one)
