Dedicated to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, the company is a standout in its industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Turf Equipment Mechanic based in Carlisle, PA. The Turf Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various turf and heavy equipment used across the golf course. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and operational issues to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely. Regular equipment inspections and maintaining accurate service records are key day-to-day responsibilities. As well as, filling in the crew when needed/available. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & RepairKnowledge of Heavy Equipment and expertise in maintaining and repairing outdoor power equipmentStrong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address mechanical or operational issuesUnderstanding of turf management equipment is highly preferredStrong organizational skills to maintain comprehensive service recordsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with the teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with safety protocols and standards for equipment maintenance and repair
