Maintenance TechnicianAll work will be performed within the manufacturing site and will include: Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and mechanical systems within the manufacturing plant.Repair and maintain electric three phase or single phase motors and replace if neededMaintain all associated equipment for the electric motors, including drives (VFDs)Install and repair all types of electronic equipmentMaintain and install electric services in plant buildingsInstall new equipment - mount fixtures, pull wire, connect wire, etc.Perform PMs through work orders on plant equipmentTroubleshoot electrical breakdownsShifts Available:1st shift Monday - Friday - 7am - 3:30pm3rd shift Sunday-Thursday - 11pm-7:30amBenefits:Excellent company culture and employee retention$3,000 sign on bonus11 paid holidaysPTOExcellent medical benefit optionsAdvancement opportunity - there are various grades of Technicians and advancement opportunity is plentifulJob Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $82056.00/yr. There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
