ERP Manager (Manufacturing)

PeerSource is currently recruiting for an ERP Manager (Manufacturing) on a Direct Hire basis. This role can be based out of either north Los Angeles, CA or north Albany, NY.SummaryThis role serves as the internal functional lead and subject matter expert for an enterprise ERP platform, with a strong focus on Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). The position blends hands-on system support with strategic process improvement and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a product-owner mindset, helping drive ERP optimization, standardization, and a planned migration to the cloud environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary functional owner of the ERP system, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and planning processesPartner with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with operational workflows and define future-state processesLead ERP process standardization efforts and promote adoption of best practices across the organizationSupport and help roadmap migration from on-premise ERP to a cloud-based environment, including gap analysis and redesign of customizationsConfigure and maintain ERP modules, workflows, security roles, forms, and system settingsTroubleshoot complex system, data, and integration issues across multiple modules and connected platformsPerform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsSupport upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing, validation, and release coordinationGather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, managing a backlog of improvements and enhancementsRequired Skills7+ years of ERP experience, including significant hands-on experience with manufacturing ERPs.Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine experience is preferred, but other related ERPs may also be considered provided the experience includes migrating from on-prem to cloudStrong functional expertise across ERP modules such as manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, costing, and planningExperience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, or modernization efforts, including cloud migration initiativesAbility to configure ERP systems, analyze data issues, and support integrations across enterprise applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system and process issuesAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence process improvements across business teamsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience with SyteLine upgrades (v9/10 to cloud), consulting environments, or tools such as SolutionsX is preferredExperience working for an Infor Partner or in a consulting capacity is preferredH1 sponsorship is not available.PeerSource is a nationwide technology recruiting firm that prioritizes building strong relationships with the talented professionals we are fortunate to serve.
