We're Hiring: Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cypress, CA. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to operations and execute manufacturing engineering activities to develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and meet the requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate, and lead time (SQCD).Location: Cypress, CAWork Mode: Work From OfficeRole: Manufacturing EngineerWhat You'll DoDevelop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and methodsMaintain and govern Production Technical Packages(SOPs, PFMEAs, work instructions, etc.)Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsDrive continuous improvement using tools like DMAIC and Lean / RRPSSupport “Right First Time” / zero-defect manufacturing cultureCollaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, operations)Analyze process capability (Cp, Cpk, etc.) and reduce variationSupport digital manufacturing systems and tooling/process developmentWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering+ 1+ year experience, ORAssociate degree + ~3+ years experience, OREquivalent hands-on manufacturing engineering experienceU.S. citizenship or permanent residency requirement (defense-related work)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with:Composites / aerospace manufacturing (CMC)Tooling, fixtures, and process developmentManufacturing systems (CAD/CAM, MES, SAP, etc.)Statistical process control and capability analysisFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement toolsReady to make an impact?
