DTS is looking for Fullstack .Net developer for our client position in Dearborn, MI Role Overview A fullstack developer who can come in on a contract-to-hire basis and potentially grow into a tech lead. This person will help define how we build applications across our stack and contribute to solutioning from a .NET perspective. They should be able to work across teams and help connect different parts of the organization. Top Required Skills / Qualifications Full Stack Development (.NET Focus) Strong backend experience in C# / .NET Frontend experience with React or Angular Ability to work across frontend, backend, and database layers Application Architecture & Solutioning Experience building and architecting applications Ability to design scalable solutions and contribute to overall system design Solid overall software development background Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration Strong ability to work across multiple teams (onshore/offshore) Gather requirements and translate them into feasible solutions This is a hub role, not a heads-down coding position Preferred / Differentiating Skills Stronger frontend expertise (React/Angular)as a differentiator Experience with: CSS / SCSS API development (frontend + backend) Exposure to AI tools/toolsets Any experience with Shopify or e-commerce integrations(not required, but a plus) Additional Details Role Type:Contract-to-hire, with expectation to convert into a Tech Lead or equivalent Team Structure: Acts as a central hubworking across multiple teams (data services, Shopify, internal apps, etc.) Heavy interaction across onshore and offshore teams Tech Stack Context: Backend: .NET (C#) Frontend: React or Angular Cloud/DevOps tools (Azure, CI/CD, GitHub) mentioned but not deeply discussed as must-haves Ideal Profile: No strict frontend/backend split required, but frontend strength is a differentiator Someone with experience or aptitude to grow into a leadership role DTS offers excellent compensation package.
