This is a high‐impact, hands‐on role for someone who can both shape and execute – owning the people strategy for your client groups while designing scalable, agile processes for a dynamic, high‐growth environment. This role reports to the Senior Director of People, US.How You'll Make an Impact Strategic Partnership & Leader SupportAct as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning relationships end‐to‐end and executing the people roadmap for your groupsPartner with business leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and performanceBring an independent point of view and challenge thinking to drive stronger outcomesExecution of People StrategyTranslate People team priorities into clear, actionable plans and drive execution in partnership with the Senior Director of PeopleOversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent developmentEnsure consistency and quality across programs such as performance cycles and talent reviewsPeople Data & InsightsAnalyze people data and provide actionable insights to leaders to support informed decision‐making and drive business outcomesUse a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives and connect people metrics to organizational healthEmployee Experience & CultureChampion a culture aligned with Eleos's mission and values, driving engagement, inclusion, and a high‐performing environmentDiagnose team challenges and implement thoughtful, practical solutionsEmployee Relations & ComplianceOwn complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretionEnsure compliance with US employment laws and company policiesGuide leaders through sensitive and high‐impact people decisionsOrganizational Effectiveness & ChangePartner with the Senior Director of People and leaders on organizational design and team evolutionHelp bring clarity to roles, structures, and ways of workingSupport change initiatives and ensure smooth execution across teamsNote:This is a hands‐on role combining thought partnership with strong execution. You will partner closely with our HR Generalist who owns foundational HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need Experience7–10+ years of HR experience, including significant time in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong generalist HR backgroundA proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands‐on execution, guiding efforts to achieve impactful results while promoting innovative and progressive ways of workingExperience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomesExperience in growing SaaS companies, supporting GTM teamsExperience supporting senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamicsSkills & StrengthsStrong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectivesExceptional communication skills; ability to adapt to different audiences and influence stakeholdersProactive, solutions‐oriented, and effective under pressure in fast‐paced, ambiguous environmentsComfortable challenging the status quo to deliver innovative, fit‐for‐purpose solutionsAbility to leverage AI and advanced tools to enhance HR analytics and operationsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityNice to HaveExperience in global organizationsBackground in change managementExperience supporting Go‐To‐Market teamsWhy Eleos?
