That means you can see your hard work pay off more often and keep your earnings growing faster!If you're looking for a rewarding career where your influence makes a real difference and you're passionate about connecting people through the latest wireless solutions, this is the perfect place to elevate your careercome be a part of our winning team!Average hourly + commission total compensation: $30 - $62 an hour with limitless growth potentialyour success is in your hands!Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talentFoster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and regular feedbackConduct employee performance evaluations and guide team developmentManage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hoursDrive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goalsChampioning a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyaltyAcquire and maintain customersEmpower team members to deliver personalized solutions and close salesConduct weekly staff meetings and setup sales goal expectationsModel and support effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategiesOversee day-to-day operations including merchandising, inventory, and store appearanceEnsure all company policies and operational procedures are followed consistentlyManage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracyTrack and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvementExecute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and make sure the store is brand readyQualificationsAny combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable.
