This is a well established and resourced team with some of the top compensation on the street.About the RoleSupport and guide the underwriting process and company due diligence, including both primary and secondary research.ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial analysis, models, and investment committee memos/presentationsAssist in the legal negotiation and closing process for new investmentsContinuously monitor portfolio companies and assist in quarterly portfolio valuations and semi-annual portfolio reviewsProvide support on ad-hoc requests related to client service, fundraising, or marketing as neededQualifications3–5 years in leveraged finance, direct lending, credit, or IB with meaningful deal experienceComfortable working independently and moving quickly in a lean environmentSharp communicator — you can write a tight IC memo and hold your own in a room with partners
