About the OpportunityWe are supporting a confidential public sector organization focused on delivering critical healthcare and public service systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.This role plays a key part in modernizing enterprise applications, supporting mission-critical programs, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards.Role OverviewThe D365 Web Engineer will design, build, and support enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including integrations, data models, automation workflows, and dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)Build model-driven & canvas apps, workflows, and dashboardsCustomize Dynamics modules and extend functionality using C#, JavaScript, and plugins Integrate systems with Azure, APIs, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party platforms Manage data models, migrations, and system integrationsImplement security models and governance standards (NIST, compliance frameworks) Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, and performance optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Workflow design & automationMS SQL and data architectureAzure AD / Active DirectoryPowerShell scriptingWeb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)Experience building enterprise-level system architectures Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferredExperience with HIPAA, CJIS, CDC security standardsExperience building and deploying Dynamics solution packagesPublic sector or healthcare IT experience (nice to have)Candidates MUST be a CURRENT resident of:South Carolina (SC), ORNorth Carolina (NC), ORGeorgia (GA) No relocation allowed to meet this requirement Candidates must already reside in one of these states to be considered.
