Job Summary:Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.Responsibility Overview:Provide service to customers via email, telephone, and in our office.Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.Ensure that all requirements are met for their unique projects.Skills we are looking for:A positive, very detailed oriented people-pleaserA willingness to be proactive and take actionExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Strong computer skillsTeam player that can work with others to deliver a project on timeSkills desired, but not required:Previous experience in business to businessPrinting and signage experienceUnderstanding of direct mail and automated marketingExperience with Printing / Sign Shop Estimating SoftwareCompensation: $24.00 per hourWe are one of the nation's leading communications businesses backed by 50 years of professional experience and extraordinary growth.
