This role is well suited for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and helping creative teams stay aligned.This is a hybrid/remote role with full-time or part-time hours available. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles, CA.What You’ll DoSupport the project manager in coordinating day-to-day tasks across multiple creative projectsTrack deadlines, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on scheduleCommunicate with clients and team members in a warm, professional, and timely mannerFollow up with designers, developers, and creatives to ensure progress and clear next stepsAssist with content updates on websites (training provided if needed)Participate in internal creative reviews and client meetings, documenting action itemsSupport logistics for photo and video shoots, including scheduling and asset coordinationAssist in exploring and implementing new AI tools to optimize creative and operational workflows.Be ready to jump in wherever support is needed across the agencyWhat We’re Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approachHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughReliable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities calmly under pressureTech-savvy with a working knowledge of creative workflows and toolsWorking knowledge of with Basecamp, Slack, Figma, and CanvaFamiliarity with web platforms like WordPress or ShopifyBasic understanding of social media platforms and video editing tools Curiosity about or experience with AI tools for productivity, creative, and content supportKind, thoughtful, and respectful in all communicationsExperience in an agency or creative environment is a plus
