Job DescriptionPart-Time Esthetician/Assistant Laser PractitionerLocation: Dermani MEDSPA® North Buckhead ChastainHours: 20-25 hours a week. (Must be available to work Saturdays)Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 5 PMDermani MEDSPA® is a rapidly growing medical spa with 17 locations in the Atlanta area and 15 more across the country, with continued expansion on the horizon!We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Esthetician/Assistant Laser Practitioner to join our team at Dermani MEDSPA® North Buckhead (Chastain). The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about aesthetic services, skilled in creating personalized treatment plans, and proficient in sales. Our unique membership-based model encourages a high volume of tips and commissions, offering fantastic earning potential.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service and create tailored treatment plans for clientsPerform a wide range of aesthetic services, including laser treatments and facialsEffectively communicate and sell retail products and upgrade servicesContribute to the overall operations of the spa as neededMaintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized workspaceQualifications:Active Esthetician License from the GA Board of CosmetologyActive Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner License from the GA Medical Composite BoardProof of both licenses is required for considerationMust be able to work Saturdays1-3 years of experience in aesthetics/laser treatments preferredExcellent knowledge of the aesthetics industry and treatmentsStrong sales skills with experience in upselling and product salesHigh level of dependability, organization, and punctualityFriendly, confident, and a team player with a strong work ethicCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wageCommission on retail product salesTips from our loyal clienteleOpportunity to work in a medical spa environment with potential to become a full time esthetician Dermani MEDSPA® is Atlanta’s top evidence-based medical spa offering a wide range of services, including laser hair removal, Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, facials, and much more.
