SAP Program ManagerJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Remote + TravelRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP and ERP transformation programs from strategy through execution. The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, financial oversight, delivery excellence, risk management, resource planning, and successful execution of complex SAP programs across global environments.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program and engagement management, with experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs, global AMS/DevSecOps/ITIL-based engagements, business development, commercial proposals, and executive-level client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale, complex SAP and ERP programs from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and transition.Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and/or Brownfield transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, scope, quality, and financial targets.Establish and manage program governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, steering committees, and executive-level communications.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across SAP and non-SAP teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.Engage with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders to define program scope, resolve escalations, drive consensus, and ensure successful outcomes.Own program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, financial management, project margins, forecasting, and overall engagement economics.Lead risk, issue, dependency, quality, and change management across the program lifecycle.Develop and refine program management processes, methodologies, and delivery standards using industry best practices.Lead organizational change initiatives and develop training and adoption roadmaps to support business transformation.Manage global AMS, DevSecOps, and ITIL-based programs, ensuring operational stability, service quality, and continuous improvement.Lead resource planning and team performance management, including defining objectives and aligning teams with program goals.Oversee program deliverables, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and adherence to contractual commitments.Lead RFP responses, proposal development, commercial estimation, and client discussions in collaboration with Sales and Value Design teams.Support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, downstream revenue opportunities, and new account growth.Design, negotiate, and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs), contracts, and change requests.Ensure effective change control and alignment of scope, commercial terms, timelines, and deliverables.Promote an inclusive and collaborative working environment across geographically distributed teams.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience working with large-scale IT ERP programs.Strong SAP engagement and program/project management experience.Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end large-scale SAP programs in a Program Manager role.Hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and/or Brownfield implementations is highly desirable.Experience managing global AMS, DevSecOps, and ITIL-based programs.Proven experience working closely with C-level executives, client leadership, delivery leaders, and project managers.Strong experience in engagement planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and program financials.Experience managing engagement teams and defining program deliverables, structures, and governance.Proven ability to facilitate executive buy-in and drive alignment on proposed solutions.Experience directing on-time, high-quality delivery of complex program workstreams.Strong program risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management skills.Proven experience leading business development, RFP/proposal response, commercial estimation, and Go-to-Market activities.Experience designing and managing complex SoWs, contracts, and change management processes.Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience establishing and managing SAP Program Governance using KPIs and performance dashboards.Experience managing programs involving both SAP and non-SAP technology teams.Experience with Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Knowledge of CPG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments.Strong understanding of enterprise SAP transformation and technology delivery models.PMP or other relevant professional certification preferred.Postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field preferred.Key CompetenciesSAP Program & Engagement ManagementSAP S/4HANA TransformationProgram Governance & Executive ReportingProgram Financial ManagementResource & Delivery ManagementRisk, Issue & Change ManagementAMS / DevSecOps / ITILRFP & Proposal ManagementCommercial Estimation & Contract ManagementGo-to-Market StrategyExecutive & C-Level Stakeholder ManagementAgile / DevOpsOrganizational Change Management
