This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a background in product management and engineering, enabling them to navigate technical complexity, influence decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes.What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.Product & Program LeadershipLead complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept through launch and adoptionPartner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate business objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomesDrive alignment across stakeholders, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business prioritiesHelp define and operationalize processes that improve product development velocity and predictabilityStrategic Planning & Roadmap ExecutionCollaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencingEnsure dependencies, resource needs, risks, and trade-offs are identified and addressed proactivelyFacilitate quarterly and annual planning processes across Product and Engineering organizationsMonitor initiative progress against business goals, milestones, and success metricsCross-Functional DeliveryCoordinate execution across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Customer-facing teamsDrive accountability for deliverables while maintaining focus on customer impact and business valueRemove obstacles, resolve cross-team dependencies, and enable teams to deliver efficiently at scaleSupport launch readiness activities and post-launch performance reviewsTechnical Program ManagementPartner closely with engineering teams to understand architecture, platform investments, and technical dependenciesFacilitate discussions involving system design, technical debt, scalability, reliability, and platform modernizationEnsure technical initiatives remain aligned with product strategy and organizational objectivesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business context for executive and non-technical stakeholdersStakeholder Communication & ReportingBuild executive-level visibility into program health, roadmap progress, risks, and key decisionsDevelop concise status updates, business reviews, and leadership presentationsDrive governance processes and decision-making frameworks for strategic initiativesProactively escalate risks and provide actionable recommendationsProcess, Tools & Continuous ImprovementOwn and maintain program artifacts, roadmaps, project plans, and documentation within Jira and ConfluenceEstablish and enforce best practices for work management, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting, and documentation across Product and Engineering teamsDevelop dashboards, reports, and workflow processes that provide visibility into roadmap progress, delivery health, and team performanceDrive improvements in planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution processesChampion data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Product and Engineering teamsWho you are & what you’ll need to succeed.5-7+ years of experience in Program Management within SaaS, hosting, cloud, eCommerce, FinTech, or technology-driven organizationsDemonstrated success driving operational rigor, visibility, and scalable execution across Product and Engineering organizations.Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting dashboards, workflow configuration, and cross-functional documentationExperience leading complex, cross-functional product and technical programs from strategy through executionFamiliarity with product-led growth, platform engineering, developer tools, or customer-facing digital productsStrong understanding of product development lifecycles, software engineering practices, and Agile methodologiesAbility to partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Executive stakeholdersDemonstrated experience driving roadmap execution, managing dependencies, and delivering customer-facing productsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a bias toward action and resultsAbility to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and align diverse stakeholder groupsWhy you’ll love us.Work-life balance.
