We are seeking an experienced *Data Migration Development Lead* to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale data migration solutions using AWS. * Lead end-to-end data migration and ETL/ELT development. * Design and develop pipelines using *AWS Glue, S3, DMS, Lambda, and Step Functions*. * Develop scalable data transformations using *Python, SQL, and PySpark*. * Implement data quality, reconciliation, validation, and error-handling processes. * Support migration testing, mock conversions, production cutovers, and post-migration validation. * Lead and mentor a team of data migration developers. * Collaborate with architects, business teams, and application teams to define migration solutions. * Implement CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for migration pipelines.
