This individual will work closely with the Lead Engineer, Technical Process and cross-functional technology teams to ensure that corporate workflows, change management procedures, and operational standards are consistently applied and well-documented. The individual will play a key role in translating business activities and requirements into structured, repeatable processes that drive efficiency and reliability across the organization.Required Experience and Skills:· 4 years of relevant business experience or a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical field required.· 2-4 years of experience in mapping, IT operations, process engineering, technical documentation, or a related technical discipline.· Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL.· Experience with change management processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms).· Experience in entertainment, media, live events, or a similarly dynamic, fast-paced environment.· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, structured documentation.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.· Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar).· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.· Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.· Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
