Duties and Responsibilties of Job:Remote - must live within 1 hour of a Rehrig Pacific Company\'s facilityin Atlanta GA, Buckeye AZ, Dallas TX, Desoto KS, Erie PA, Kenosha WI, orOrlando FL. Brief Role Description The purpose of this role is to be theprimary contact for customers and is responsible for maintainingcustomer accounts and files and providing product and serviceinformation across all aspects of Rehrig Pacifics vertical businessesand industries. (Beverage, Emerging, Environmental and Perishables). Theposition partners with the Sales Department, fellow Account Specialists,Production, Inventory Control, Scheduling, Shipping, Logistics andFinance teams to ensure customer accounts, order status, productionreceipts and shipping are accurate in the system. Responsible forscalability of multiple accounts to small and medium customers with highcomplexity. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.Key Accountabilities \* Customer Focus \* Set up new customer accounts.\* Maintain and update customer records and files. \* Take customerorders either directly from customers or Sales Representative. \* Leadall post Sales efforts to ensure customer needs are met and their orderexperience is positive allowing Sales to focus on growth of accounts. \*Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status,quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaintsor questions. \* Expedite, track and review customer schedulingrequirements. Analyze and interpret data to ensure all customerrequirements are met. \* Collaboration \* Work with Plant Managers torequest and prepare customer product and service reports. \* Workhand-in-hand with Sales and internal partners to ensure deliverables arebeing met to satisfy customer needs, drive revenue, and increasecustomer satisfaction. \* Collaborate with both scheduling and to ensurecustomer deliverables are met. \* Supports sales with understanding theprioritization of orders being submitted by customer. \* Carry out otherassociate duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager \* Drivefor Results \* In collaboration with Sales Operations team, monitor theaging inventory report to sales and/or the customer when stock reaches90 days. Work with the customer and/or sales to ship or warehouse andbill overaged inventory. \* Provide monthly strategic forecasting datathat improves capacity utilization, manages costs, increasesefficiencies, and better supports customer needs. \* Monitor progress ofcustomers orders through supplied manufacturing reports, keepingcustomers informed on the status of their orders. \* Take a lead roleand represent Sales by addressing operational solutions/issues atcustomer sites \* Be the voice of the customer and communicate relevantinformation / make recommendations to the appropriate attention is givenin a timely manner \* Responsible for processing customer Requests forQuotes (RFQ) for units and parts within company guidelines. \* Own theentire process of all customer service inquiries that ensure we havedelivered a World Class customer experience that creates retention andnew opportunities. \* Decision-Making \* Initiate correction process toresolve customer complaints and service requests, coordinating withappropriate departments. \* Balance and troubleshoot daily orderactivity, including identification and resolution of discrepancies. \*Analyze, interpret, process and edit incoming orders and order changesaccording to established departmental guidelines and procedures. Checkpricing, part number and revision levels, shipping requirements,condition of sales, etc. to ensure order accuracy.
