Whether you want to travel or stay local, well help you land an assignment that fits your goals.Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Texas BLS Experience: Minimum 1-year as an Occupational Therapist Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel Acute Care Occupational Therapist Contract Details: $1,960 - $2,146 per week 13-week contract with possibility of extension Acute care setting Key Responsibilities: Occupational Therapists will help patients regain as well as maintain the skills they need to live and work independently Occupational Therapists will provide OT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines Occupational Therapists will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers. Occupational Therapists may be asked to delegate and supervise occupational therapist assistants Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
