Technical Program Manager (TPM)Location: O'Fallon, MO (Hybrid)Job Type: Long-Term ContractTop skills: CI/CD tools, JIRA, Program management, Rally, SaaS, StakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing large-scale migration projects.Experience leading one or more Scrum teams through the complete product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.Ability to define product vision and create Working Backwards documents.Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform requirements and user stories.Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and defining acceptance criteria.Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities for internal and external customers.Experience creating and maintaining product documentation.Strong analytical skills with experience using customer research, user feedback, metrics, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions.Ability to identify, manage, and remove project risks, dependencies, and impediments.Experience monitoring feature delivery and adjusting priorities throughout implementation.Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Domo, and AI tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of large-scale migration initiatives across multiple engineering teams.Drive end-to-end delivery of products and technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities at enterprise scale.Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure timely delivery.Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority.Ensure high-quality product documentation and engineering alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing and launching technology products.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Rally.Experience with SaaS products and enterprise platform development.Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
