Roadway Sales Engineer – Utilities & Electric Cooperatives📍 Midwest Preferred | National Travel | Hybrid / Remote ConsideredLitetronics International is expanding its infrastructure and roadway lighting division and is seeking an experienced Roadway Sales Engineer focused on Utilities, Municipalities, DOTs, and Electric Cooperatives.This is a high-impact role focused on helping drive the growth of our smart roadway and infrastructure platform, including LED roadway lighting, controls, and long-term managed lighting solutions through our Infran360™ initiative.We are looking for someone who understands how to work with:Investor-Owned Utilities (IOUs) Electric Cooperatives Municipal utilities Engineering firms ESCOs DOT and infrastructure stakeholders Utility rebate and specification programs What You’ll DoDevelop relationships with utilities, electric co-ops, municipalities, and roadway decision-makers Drive specification approvals and utility acceptance Work with engineering teams, distributors, and contractors on roadway lighting projects Support smart lighting and controls opportunities including networked roadway systems Assist with utility rebate programs and infrastructure modernization initiatives Present technical and financial value propositions to customers and partners Help expand the Infran360™ recurring service platform Coordinate product demonstrations, pilot projects, and field evaluations Support BABA/TAA and infrastructure-compliance positioning Help review and submit packages to acquire DOT approvals where required Ideal Background5+ years experience in roadway lighting, utility sales, infrastructure, or outdoor lighting Experience working with electric cooperatives or utilities strongly preferred Knowledge of LED roadway lighting, controls, poles, or smart city technologies Understanding of utility procurement and specification processes Existing relationships within utilities, co-ops, municipalities, or engineering firms is a major plus Strong technical and commercial communication skills Self-starter comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast-growth environments Why Join LitetronicsEstablished lighting manufacturer with over 50 years in the industry Rapidly expanding infrastructure and roadway division Proprietary multi-voltage roadway technology Smart-ready roadway platform with controls integration Opportunity to help shape a national infrastructure growth strategy Competitive compensation package including base salary, commissions, and long-term growth opportunity About LitetronicsLitetronics International is a U.S.-based commercial and industrial lighting manufacturer focused on high-performance LED lighting, smart controls, and infrastructure solutions.
