Slot Operations SupervisorResponsible for supervising daily slot operations on the casino floor and certifying the Slot Guest Service Representatives provide a fun, friendly, efficient service and sophisticated experience for our guests.

Complies with and verifies signatory controls
Keep up to date on Slot Marketing activities and events at the property
Understands and assists employees with all of their assigned job functions
Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
Other job related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of Slot Operations Supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with guests, employees, and management both written and verbal forms
A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills with the ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests as well as all employees
Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
Must have exceptional time management skills and can multi-task with ease
A proficient understanding of Casino systems and Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, is preferred
Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts in a positive and professional manner making decisions in the best interests of our guests and the company
Thorough understanding of Title 31 requirements. For example, all acceptable or unacceptable currency transactions, logging requirements, NIL's MTL's, and CTRC's, etc
Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines. For example, self-limiting requests and checking identification for individuals who appear under 30 years of age
Ability to maintain high morale through support, appreciation and development of employees
Ability to handle and cope well with stress and remain calm under pressure
Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A valid Nevada Gaming license and Alcohol Awareness Card is required and must be obtained before entering this position
Must be 21 years of age or older
