Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Player Development Supervisor located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Player Development Supervisor will be responsible for managing player development programs, supervising player development representatives, and ensuring superior customer service to VIP guests. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with high-value players, monitoring player activity, analyzing player data, and developing strategies to increase player loyalty and revenue. The supervisor will also lead marketing initiatives and special events targeted at player retention and acquisition. Qualifications Experience in player development, customer relationship management, and customer serviceProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingStrong leadership, team management, and mentoring skillsEffective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsKnowledge of casino operations and gaming industry trendsExperience in marketing and event planning is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
