Description NorDxClerical/Administrative SupportReq #: 72263Summary:The Customer Solutions Representative role handles all incoming calls, identifies client needs and troubleshoots problems to resolution. This role functions as a liaison between all internal and external customers and the clinical laboratory.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
