Digital Workflow Prototyping & Citizen Development Analyst

Overview In this role you will rapidly prototype digital workflows to transform government processes. You will work with CAPDEV teams and end users to translate needs into MVP prototypes and pilots, using low-code/no-code platforms. You’ll design and test lightweight solutions, integrate data sources, and measure impact to drive adoption and improvements. You will collaborate with DevSecOps and enterprise teams to transition successful prototypes toward production, while maintaining security and sustainment.
