2026-2027 Health Care Network Development VISTAGoal of the Project: WAFCC's mission is to support, strengthen, and advocate for Wisconsin's free and charitable clinics, the patients they serve, and the communities they partner with. Health Care Network (HCN) is one of the free and charitable clinics within WAFCC's statewide network and is the host site for this project. Located in Racine, Wisconsin-on Lake Michigan between Milwaukee and Chicago-HCN provides free or low-cost medical and dental care to low-income, uninsured Racine County residents with support from more than 250 volunteer providers. The VISTA member will advance the project goal of strengthening clinic capacity by building HCN's long-term systems, resources, and infrastructure so the clinic can serve more patients sustainably.
