Job Title: Workday HCM Training Specialist - Hybrid (4 Positions)Primary Skills: Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Mgmt.), HRIS systems training exp., deliver training through multiple methods. Location: Atlanta, GA (Local Atlanta area candidates ONLY).Number of positions: 4Start details: 6/15/2026Duration: 6/30/2027 (Position may be extended with funding approval.)Work arrangement: Hybrid. Interview: Either WebCam or in-person.Required Skills- Experience in IT: Required. 2 yrs. + required.- Education: High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources OR one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent. - Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year. Ensure proper screening is performed. - Certifications: - Must have very good communication skills, written and verbal.
