Franchisee Training Specialist
Homewatch Caregivers an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc. is seeking aThe Franchisee Training Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Franchise Owners and their teams to provide high quality care services delivered by skilled and compassionate caregivers. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to elevate the care experience for clients and ongoing training and retention of caregivers. Uses daily discretion in communications to franchise owners as it relates to Care Delivery support.ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:Reports to Manager of Compliance & Care Delivery InitiativesPoint person for the online learning management system (LMS)Create franchise locations in the LMS and onboard and support franchise owners, and their teamsCreate and update Care Delivery and Ongoing Education resourcesSupport care delivery areas of the agency management system (AMS)Generate reports from the LMS and the AMS that will identify opportunities for increased support for care delivery and caregiver trainingParticipate in research of industry trends and integrate findings into care delivery and training modelsTake part in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of best practices in home care delivery.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:Associate degree preferred2+ years relevant experience in home care, geriatrics, customer service and healthcare educationKnowledge of best practices in home care and aging services a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic approachProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience utilizing Learning Management Systems and Agency Management SystemsProficiency in other tech platforms with responsible use of AI such as Articulate 360 a bonusAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
