Post-Production Intern
Overview: Omens is a San Diego-based creative agency that helps brands grow through smart, results-driven marketing. We combine performance strategy with standout creative — from precision media buying and digital campaigns to full-service photo and video production. As an agile team, we move quickly, collaborate closely, and focus on making work that delivers real impact for our clients.We’re looking for a Post-Production Intern to support our team this summer and help our editing workflow run smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll provide technical support throughout the post-production process for photo and video projects. Responsibilities include assisting with editing tasks, organizing and managing media assets, and preparing files for delivery.You’ll work alongside creative and production teams, gaining exposure to professional post-production workflows and industry-standard tools. This is an excellent learning opportunity for college students interested in developing technical skills and hands-on experience within an agency environment.Key Responsibilities:Support Senior Editor with all aspects of post-productionOrganize and maintain production files, folders, and client-facing deliverablesAssist with building out graphics that align with creative direction Source and organize SFX assets via SoundStripe Generate, apply, and QA video captions Other post-production support as needed Skills & Attributes: Eagerness to learn and support all aspects of post-production Organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Adobe-based editing software suite (Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)Familiarity with the basic functions of a marketing agency and creative production for advertising is a plus Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in a related field San Diego local and able to report in-person to North Park office 2-3 days per week during Summer 20260-2 years of experience (personal or professional) in post-production a plusCompensation:This is an unpaid internship intended for educational and experiential learning purposes, with opportunity to transition into part-time paid work for the right candidate once the internship has concluded.
