This role is the backbone of our creative department, bridging the gap betweenphysical production and digital e-commerce excellence. You will be responsible for the seamlessexecution of photoshoots, the meticulous management of our digital asset library, and thecreation of engaging social content.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, moving effortlessly from hands-on setpreparation to technical backend management.Key ResponsibilitiesPhotoshoot Coordination & On-Set Production● Logistics: Manage end-to-end logistics, including sourcing and booking locations,studios, and equipment rentals. Coordinate schedules with modeling agencies andfreelance talent.● Pre-Production: Lead all prep work—organizing samples, steaming garments, andpre-styling jewelry stacks to ensure a smooth shoot day.● On-Set Support: Provide active support with lighting, backdrops, and props. Assistmodels with styling and capture high-quality BTS (Behind the Scenes) and trend-basedmobile content.● Product Photography: Collaborate with our lead photographer to execute stylized flatlays and jewelry wrist shots.Digital Asset Management● Processing & Optimization: Crop and optimize photography for platform-specificneeds.● Meticulous Cataloging: Maintain a naming convention using specific SKU syntax toensure 100% database searchability.● Listing Management: Upload content to all digital platforms. Audit listings to ensure allrequirements are met.● Merchandising: Ensure visual consistency across platforms, integrate graphics/videosinto listings, and perform seasonal audits to refresh carryover products.Sample & Inventory Operations● Tracking: Interface with the operations team to ensure all jewelry and apparel samplesare ordered, received, and logged. Manage the request and delivery pipeline for alljewelry photography.● Closet Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a high-functioning, organized samplecloset. Ensure all garments are clean and supplies are fully stocked.Social Media Content Creation● Short-form Video: Research current trends and audio to develop high-energy Reel andTikTok concepts.● Production: Shoot and produce a diverse mix of lifestyle footage, UGC-style mobilecontent, and interviews that align with the brand voice.Qualifications● Previous experience with social media and content creation. Experience with on-setproduction is preferred.● Exceptional organization and attention to detail● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously● A strong sense of styling and visual storytelling● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.● Interest in Fashion/Retail and marketing● Basic knowledge of Adobe editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere) is preferred● Familiarity with photography equipment and terminology is a plus.● Interest or experience in videography is a plusWe look forward to seeing how your organizational skills and creative eye can help grow ourbrand!Distributed Tasks● Instagram Management: Alyssa M● Product photo selection: Alyssa M● Reel Production: Calvin● Harem Pants Listing Videos: CalvinResponsibilitiesPhotoshoot Coordination & On-Set Production● Logistics:○ Source and book locations, studios, and equipment rentals○ Coordinate with modeling agencies and freelance talent○ Update content calendar, send team email, create calendar invite as shoots areconfirmed○ Maintain content budget as needed (models prices, location prices, propsbought)● Prep:○ Organize all samples, steam garments, and pre-style jewelry stacks○ Direct Content Intern for support● On-Set Support:○ Help with lighting, backdrops, and props.○ Assist models with styling○ Capture BTS/trend content● Product Photography:○ Coordinate needed flat lays○ Execute stylized flat lay photography and wrist shots with our photographerAsset Management● Asset Processing:○ Crop and optimize photos for specific platforms—High Res (Faire/Social) andLow Res (Shopify).● Meticulous Cataloging:○ Name assets using a specific SKU syntax (e.g., ISLB003 + BRPB004_3) toensure database searchability.● Listing Management:○ Upload content to Shopify and Faire○ Maintain "True" listing status (both studio and lifestyle shots present) and updatethe Master Listing Doc○ Notify Micaela if missing content○ Upload content for Amazon when needed○ Assign harem pant listing videos edits to Calvin prior to launch○ Review promos calendar frequently and be ahead of e-comm listing needs● Merchandising:○ Maintain visual consistency○ Organize images to best represent product○ Add graphics and listing videos where available○ Perform seasonal audits to refresh carryover products.Sample & Inventory Operations● Sample Tracking:○ Coordinate with the operation team to ensure all new jewelry and apparelsamples are ordered, received, and logged.○ Ensure all jewelry product photography is requested and delivered.● Closet Organization:○ Maintain a high-functioning, organized sample closet○ Organize jewelry by collection and clothing by SKU○ Manage inventory for props and tools (makeup kit, supplies, water bottles, etc)● Audit:○ Periodically review inventory to rotate out old samples and integrate newcollections.○ Maintain cleanliness of garments and stock of suppliesSocial Media Content Creation● Reels & Short-form Video:○ Produce a mix of high-quality lifestyle footage, UGC/BTS mobile content, andinterviews.○ Assign reel concepts to video editor○ Research trends and trending audioIntern Management (responsible for these tasks when no intern)● Asset Management○ Tag each photoshoot in details section of every photo■ Season, Date, Location, Model, All SKUs● Example: SPSU26, 1/9/26, Sunset, La Jolla Shores, Virginia, Kiki,73263C, 88263C, 83263C○ Organize Content Folders■ Rename: Date_Name of Shoot_Location or Model Name■ Move priority selects into full folder○ Update and add images to Master Photo File○ Update and add images to Retailer Photo Library● Content Creation○ SOTD■ Work with SW + create jewelry stacks with pants■ 1 photo over pants, 1 video
