Role: Java/Python Developer – HR Application IntegrationLocation: Fremont, CAMust-Have QualificationsProgramming & DevelopmentStrong hands-on Java and/or Python development experience.Integration TechnologiesProven experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR application integrations and data interfaces.HR ApplicationsExperience with at least one HR, HRIS, or Workforce Management application, such as:WorkdayKronos / UKGOracle HCMSAP SuccessFactorsADPPeopleSoftDatabaseStrong SQL and database development/querying experience.Production SupportHands-on experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.Preferred QualificationsProgrammingStrong experience with Java and Spring Boot.Experience with Python scripting and application development.Workday IntegrationHands-on experience with Workday integrations, including:EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)Workday REST APIsWorkday SOAP APIsHR & Workforce ManagementExperience with Kronos / UKG integrations.Data FormatsStrong knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSLT.Cloud & DevOpsExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.Enterprise SupportExperience working in enterprise production environments, including:Incident resolutionRoot-cause analysisIntegration monitoring
