Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in fraud operations, dispute resolution, or risk operations within fintech or payments
Strong vendor management experience with a focus on operational partnerships
Proficiency in Excel and basic statistical analysis for operational forecasting
Experience leveraging automation and technology to scale operations efficiently
Data-driven decision-making ability with experience in defining metrics and analyzing trends
