Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a Difference Analyze, map, and document currentstate and futurestate manufacturing and business processes across Taste operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and maintenanceIdentify process inefficiencies, manual workarounds, compliance gaps, and variability, driving practical and scalable solutionsLead process standardization efforts using IFF global templates, digital manufacturing standards, and best practicesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materialsTranslate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements for digital manufacturing and quality systemsSupport site usage of SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM), along with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Act as a key liaison between site teams, Taste stakeholders, global digital teams, and system integratorsEmbed safety, quality, traceability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements into process and system designWhat Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineE3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing or plantbased environment, preferably within Taste, food, flavor, or other regulated manufacturing settingsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, endtoend workflows, and operational data flowsWorking knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing context, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM) modulesFamiliarity with digital manufacturing systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), electronic batch records, and shopfloor data collectionProficiency with data and analytics tools, including Power BI and Minitab for statistical analysis and performance insightsTechnical programming and automation exposure, including C# , Visual Basic (VB) coding, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)How Would You Stand Out?
