Job Title: AI EngineerLocation: Cincinnati, OhioHire type: Contract (W2)Job description:Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI Governance. Senior engineers will additionally lead architecture, governance, and AI strategy initiatives.Primary Skills: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, OpenAI, Vector Databases, AI Governance, Cloud AI.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy LLM-based applications, agents, and RAG solutions using LangChain/LangGraph.Develop prompt workflows, orchestration pipelines, and vector search solutions.Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.Implement AI governance, safety, compliance, and risk controls.Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms.Senior: Lead AI architecture, mentor teams, define best practices, and drive AI innovation.Required SkillsStrong Python development experience.Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.Experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate), and Agentic AI.Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Safety, and Compliance.Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.Preferred SkillsMulti-Agent Systems and advanced AI orchestration.Guardrails, AI auditing, and compliance tooling.Experience leading enterprise AI programs and mentoring teams.
