Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing structured swim, bike, and run sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and following tailored training programs. The triathlete will coordinate with coaches or performance staff, attend virtual check-ins, and provide regular progress updates, race reports, and feedback. Additional tasks may include representing R4C in competitions, brand and sponsor-related activities (such as wearing designated gear, participating in online campaigns, or sharing training insights), and maintaining a professional presence in the endurance sports community.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in triathlon or endurance sports, with consistent training in swimming, cycling, and running.Strong self-management skills, including discipline in following training plans, time management, and goal setting.Ability to work remotely and independently, while maintaining clear communication with coaches, coordinators, and partners.Basic understanding of sports nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention strategies.Comfort using digital tools and apps for training logs, performance tracking, and virtual meetings.Professional attitude when representing R4C in competitions, online platforms, and public interactions.Prior race experience in triathlon or similar endurance events; competitive results are a plus.Willingness to travel for selected races or events when required, subject to contract terms.
