Project DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Manager to support a medical device organization through its transition from a public to private company. This individual will lead multiple cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing sites, partnering closely with internal teams, site leadership, and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery of key transformation projects.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage 2–4 concurrent projects with timelines ranging from 3–6 months (with some extending up to 2 years)Coordinate cross-functional efforts across manufacturing sites, internal teams, and corporate leadershipOversee and guide Value Improvement Engineers (VIEs) to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using tools such as SmartsheetProvide consistent status updates, reporting, and communication to key stakeholdersDrive execution of initiatives tied to operational efficiency, cost savings, and process improvementsIdentify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackSupport change management efforts during the public-to-private transitionEnsure strong coordination across multiple sites to maintain consistency and accountabilityRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager within the medical device industryBachelor's DegreeStrong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and multiple locationsProficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management toolsExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholders effectivelyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting organizational transformations (e.g., public to private transition, M&A, or large-scale change initiatives)Background in manufacturing operations or engineering environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred, not required)Experience working with Value Improvement or Continuous Improvement teamsTeam & environmentTwo value improvement engineers and 1 project manager that will support them, and will be working closely alongside the manufacturing team.
