As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll help manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments. Responsibilities include:Processing 300+ invoices per day with precision and efficiencyHandling full-cycle accounts payable: coding, batching, matching, and posting invoicesReconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepanciesCoordinating with internal teams and vendors to clarify and resolve billing issuesAssisting with month-end close processes and audit preparationWhat You Bring to the Table:
