Lead the coordination of engine events, manage schedules, costs, and resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class service. Tasks Your tasks as EOC Event Planner may include, among others: Point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries/inducted/completed events with all departments (Production, Engineering, Material, Quality and Shipping) Clarification/evaluation of engineering, material/parts, manpower and tooling availability Calculating planned and actual hours for the event Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround times Responsible for event scheduling and communication to necessary groups/individuals Create work packet for engine event from customer purchase order Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and shipping for off-site engine events Track KPI's Create invoice and distribute Availability to be on call after hours as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Director of MES Customer Service and Operational Support Behind the scenes Our Purpose The Lufthansa Group connects people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
