Job DescriptionThe Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, capable of managing day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring accuracy in benefits administration, and providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
