ERP PROGRAM MANAGERWHAT YOU’LL DO:The ERP Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery and operation of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, ensuring work progresses effectively across IT, Finance, and external partners.This role provides coordination and structure across all D365 activities, ensuring that requests are appropriately scoped, prioritized, delivered, and embedded into business operations in a controlled and consistent manner.The role acts as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and the external D365 system integration partner.WHO WE ARE: At AAA Washington, we equip our members with trusted service and expertise to confidently travel through life. We support hybrid and remote work options for many positions based in our corporate office (Bellevue, Washington) along with some of the best benefits in the region!ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Program Coordination and Delivery OversightOversee the end-to-end flow of work across the D365 platform, from intake through to delivery and releaseCoordinate activities across IT, Finance stakeholders, and external D365 partner resourcesMonitor progress of work items and ensure timely delivery against agreed prioritiesIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the programOperating Cadence and GovernanceLead the regular delivery cadence, including stand-ups, delivery reviews, and backlog sessionsEnsure meetings are structured, effective, and result in clear actions and progressSupport and uphold the defined operating model, including intake, prioritization, and governance processesMaintain visibility of all active work through the agreed system of record (e.g., Planner)Change Management and Release CoordinationEnsure IT change management processes are followed for all system changesCoordinate release activities across IT and external partners to ensure controlled deployment into productionOversee readiness for changes, including alignment with business users, training needs, and communication requirementsEnsure that changes are delivered in a way that minimizes disruption to business operationsBacklog and Workflow ManagementWork closely with the Business Analyst to ensure all work items are properly defined, scoped, and ready for deliveryMaintain oversight of backlog health, ensuring items are progressing and appropriately prioritizedEnsure that new requests are triaged and routed through the correct processPartner Coordination (External SI)Coordinate day-to-day activities of the external D365 system integration partnerEnsure clear understanding of scope, timelines, and deliverablesMonitor delivery performance and escalate issues where requiredSupport a collaborative working relationship between internal teams and the partnerBusiness Engagement and AlignmentWork with Finance SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment between delivery activities and business prioritiesEnsure that business input is incorporated into planning, testing, and release activitiesSupport prioritization discussions by providing visibility of delivery capacity and progressReporting and CommunicationProvide regular reporting on program status, including progress, risks, and key metricsMaintain clear and consistent communication across IT, Finance, and leadership stakeholdersSupport transparency of D365 activities, ensuring stakeholders have appropriate visibility of work and outcomesKey RelationshipsERP Product Owner – overall governance, prioritization, and roadmapFinance Business Stakeholders and SMEs – business process ownership and prioritization inputBusiness Systems Analyst – detailed scoping and definition of work itemsD365 System Administrator – platform operations, security, and configurationIT Platform Teams (M365 / Integration) – environment, security, and integration alignmentExternal D365 System Integration Partner – delivery, development, and solution supportKey OutcomesSuccess in this role is measured by:Work is progressing consistently and predictably across the D365 platformBacklog is actively managed, with clear prioritization and visibilityChanges are delivered in a controlled manner, following agreed IT and business processesStrong coordination exists between IT, Finance, and the external partnerStakeholders have confidence in the transparency, structure, and effectiveness of the D365 operating modelSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience managing complex system delivery or ERP programsExperience managing D365 Finance and Operations module is requiredStrong coordination and stakeholder management skills across business and ITExperience working with third-party vendors or system integratorsStructured, process-oriented approach to delivery and governanceAbility to operate across both technical and business environments without needing to be a technical specialistPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Program / Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)Agile or delivery certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe)Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications aligned to core systemsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:NoneKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:Operates effectively in ambiguous, evolving environmentsStrong ability to structure complex problems into clear directionBalances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery supportDrives alignment and builds confidence across stakeholdersFocused on achieving practical, actionable outcomesSALARY:Hiring Range: $105,876 -
