Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical or other invasive procedures.**Responsibilities:**+ Perform both scrub functions and handling of instruments and supplies used during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.+ Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient during cardiovascular procedures.+ Assist operating physicians and anesthesia with accessing and maintaining lines and intubation during cardiovascular procedures.+ Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.**What minimum requirements you'll need****Licensure / Certification / Registration:**+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.+ One or more of the following required:+ Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
