Assist in developing unit goals, objectives and standards of performance, as well as developing, coordinating and implementing clinical and program activities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory compliance and standards which promote optimum health care delivery. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) required.
