Join a Leading Maryland Hospital as a Locum Pathologist ??? Feb 2026 Start We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Tenens Pathologist to join our team at a reputable 222-bed Level II trauma center near Gambrills, MD. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment alongside a collaborative group of six physicians. Position Details: Start Date: February 16, 2026 Contract Length: 3???6 months Schedule: Monday???Friday, 8:00 AM???5:00 PM Call: One week every seven weeks Caseload: 20???30 pathology cases per day (large, medium, and small mix) Environment: Digital pathology across practice locations Key Responsibilities: General surgical pathology sign-out ROSE procedures Non-gyn cytology and clinical pathology Participation in cancer conferences, tumor boards, and committees Requirements: Board Certification in Pathology State license or IMLC eligibility DEA & CSR certifications BLS & ACLS GU subspecialty preferred, not required Experience in teaching hospitals and with Cerner EMR is a plus This is a standout opportunity for a dedicated pathologist seeking meaningful clinical work in a well-supported, high-acuity setting.
