Their mission is to help clients feel in control of their financial choices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodbury, NJ for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing general clerical and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include phone communication, supporting executives with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, scheduling, and general office organizationExceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions and correspondenceExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including support for management and leadership rolesProficiency with office software and technologyResourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to multitaskAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an assetPrevious experience in a financial or client-focused sector is preferred
