Assist with processing program-specific actions by gathering and verifying data for timekeeping, travel and training requests. Use a variety of office automation software to produce documents, maintain calendars, and input and retrieve data from administrative systems. Perform financial support duties by processing timekeeping, purchasing routine goods. Assist in the tracking of the office budget, ensuring all transactions are correctly documented in financial systems. Prepare reports for program management and execution.
