Community involvement is a cornerstone of the firm, with pro bono service and corporate social responsibility integral to its mission.RESPONSIBILITIES:Representing and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate, accountings, and all other manner of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation.Working closely with attorneys and paralegals on uncontested probate, administration, and accountings.If interested, an opportunity to work on estate planning and drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of six years' experience in trusts and estates or commercial litigation, with a decided interest in fiduciary litigationDesire to learn from others and develop trusts and estates litigation, negotiation, and administration knowledge and skillsAdmitted to practice law in the state of New York
